How much would it cost to refurbish this laptop?

It's and Asus K60IJ it run's pretty slow, and the right arrow key is missing one of the three pieces that keeps the key attached, other than that, it's fine, this Asus laptop sucks, and I'm just going to make a new desktop, I would really just like to receive an estimate of what I would spend fixing it (If I went to a professional vs if I did it myself) and what I should get for it.
