Help I'm Having Chest Pain?

Pain middle of chest and my heart is beating fast and loud I don't know why but I feel panicky and my eyes are sunken and dark help I have symptoms of a stroke am I going to a freaking heart attack here? I'm only a teen and I'm a girl if that helps. Why is this happening?
