Blue Ram sick, not exactly sure what it is?

I have a 20gal tank with a few platies, 3 kribensis( there is a breeding pair! :) ) and my two Blue Rams. The Rams are my favorite but they recently began losing weight, and have severely sunken in stomachs, I was not sure if they were being bullied or not eating enough so I removed a bunch of the other fish and fed, less more often. There was no change, now their fins are white on the tips(not Ich or fuzzy or anything just the color changed from clear to white) and they are a bit torn up. I am thinking this is an internal parasite.... agree? treatment? Is there any way to save my little guys?? :( No other fish in the tank are like this except them. D.O. and pH are fine, as well as ammonia.
