How to write a cover letter for Craigslist ad? 10 pts!?

Thanks for answering! Can you tell me how I would address the recipient of my email cover letter (with attached resume) in response to a Craigslist job posting (since they include no name or institution)? The ad is for a private tutor. Also, should I include my information beneath my name even though my resume is attached?
