I don't know if i am dehydrated or what. I am experiencing loss of appetite, irritable mood, sweating and chills, painful to move, sunken eyes, constipation, high fever, and vomiting when i eat food. I have been like this for 4 days. I also have been drinking 2 bottles of pedialyte a day. When i want to rest i sleep for about 2 hours only if i don't a melitonin pill. I'm pretty sure i am not dehydrated because i have clear urine and not to mention all the fluids i drink. Please help.
