This girl thinks I like her? Pleaseee help?

Hi, I was recently flirting with this girl, Kristina, who I liked two years ago, but now that I'm leaving for another town and to another school, she worked up the courage to tell me her feelings, she asked me two questions, if I liked Jackie, which is another girl that I'm always with, but nothings going on between me and her, and if I liked her (Kristina) two years ago. I said I didn't like Jackie, and that I did like kristina two years ago, but since she can't speak much english, I think she misunderstood and thinks I STILL like her. She sent me texts with pictures attached to them saying I love you and S + K. ( S is my first name initial.) What do I do? I don't like her, only as a friend, but I don't want to hurt her feelings.
