I've had it for a week now, I clean it every day(And put bacetracin on it) Around the top ball it's reddish and swollen(or like it could be bruised) And it's slightly sunken in, but not a lot. When I push the barbell up I can see about half of it, and there's a circle the size of the top barbell, with kind of a milky looking goo in it. It doesn't really hurt or anything, unless I bump or push it. So should I be worried? or not?
