Is a spirit attached to me or am I crazy ?

Ok to get into further detail let me explain I lost my grandma ( Mema ) November 21, 2009 and I wanna know if she is trying to communicate with me.....First off thing that happened was one night my light kept flickering on and off so I got up and turned it off.....next I had a outer body experience where it felt like I had got up but I really couldn't move for real for bout 30 seconds when I went to wake up and during this 30 seconds I felt myself talking to her or bout her......then the next day me and my friend was playing the game and talking when we heard something fall upstairs but when we went to go investigate everything was like we left it.....and now I get this feeling where I get goose bumps and feel like somebody is watching me.....I need help I'm losing sleep and I'm kinda scared
