How can I emphasize the circles under my eyes?

i was a zombie for halloween one year and what i did is i got this plum eyeshadow really deep purple and applied just under my eyes, trust me you will achieve the look your going for oh and to match you should use like a lavender or baby blue lipstick it makes you look pale:) hope this helps... good luck
